2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from VTT Travels.

Customers must provide accurate travel details, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information.

Incorrect information may result in delays or service disruptions.

3. Pricing and Payments

All fares are communicated before booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, interstate taxes, airport parking, permits, waiting time, or route changes unless specifically included in the quoted fare.

Payments must be made through approved payment methods accepted by VTT Travels.

4. Airport Transfers

Customers are requested to provide accurate flight details.

VTT Travels is not responsible for delays caused by airline schedule changes, airport restrictions, weather conditions, traffic congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Reasonable waiting time may be provided; additional waiting charges may apply thereafter.

5. Local Rentals

Rental packages are based on predefined hours and kilometers.

Any additional usage beyond the selected package will be charged at applicable extra rates.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.

6. Outstation Trips

Outstation bookings may include driver allowance, tolls, parking charges, and state taxes as per the agreed quotation.

Any route changes requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

Travel schedules should comply with applicable road safety regulations and driver duty limitations.

7. Corporate Travel

Corporate clients may be offered customized billing and service arrangements.

VTT Travels reserves the right to revise service terms upon prior notice where applicable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.

Avoid carrying prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items.

Follow applicable laws and regulations during travel.

Ensure that minors are accompanied by responsible adults where required.

VTT Travels reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abusive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

VTT Travels shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters

Severe weather conditions

Traffic congestion

Road closures

Government restrictions

Vehicle breakdowns despite reasonable maintenance

Strikes or public disturbances

10. Limitation of Liability

While VTT Travels strives to provide reliable transportation services, we shall not be liable for:

Missed flights, trains, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service usage

Customers are advised to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be communicated through approved contact channels.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined according to the booking type and timing of cancellation.

Any non-refundable expenses already incurred may be deducted from eligible refunds.
